Impressionist painter Brent Jensen earned a B.A. in Art from the University of Utah followed by intensive studies with established artistic mentors. His professional career involved architectural illustration until a 2002 European vacation renewed his interest in plein air painting. He has been the subject of feature articles in Art of the West Magazine in 2008 and in SouthwestArt Magazine in 2009. Brent Jensen is a member of Oil Painters of America, Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, California Art Club, and Southern California Plein Air Painters Association.
