Tom Steck earned a B.F.A. in illustration from Pasadena's Art Center College of Design in 1997. His many professional illustration clients include Boston Globe, Washington Times, Field & Stream, Cricket Magazine, Weekly Reader, among others. His work has earned awards from the Communication Arts 39th Illustration Annual in 1998 and from the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles in 1999. He is a member of California Art Club, Oil Painters of America, the Los Angeles Association of Art, and Christians in the Visual Arts.
